Since the birth of the IGP Pays d’Oc and then the AOP Languedoc, the winegrowers and our chief oenologist, Marie Julian, have worked to create emblematic Languedoc wines.

Since 2005, our oenologist has been continuing the selection work that has been going on since 1990 with our partner winemakers, sourcing the best terroirs and grape varieties according to the climatic conditions. Our vintages are pioneers in the Languedoc appellations: IGP Pays d’Oc with La Cuvée Mythique & AOP Languedoc with Mythique Languedoc.
