Red

- Grape varietal Syrah, Marselan, Grenache, Marselan, Carignan, Mourvèdre
- Tasting notes A deep red blend, with intense characteristics, The scents of Blackberry Jelly and Blackcurrants mingle with spicy notes of nutmeg, pepper and liqourice. The palate is generous with light toasted notes of brioche and a hint of caramel to accompany the ripe fruit. The tannins are present, but keep a beautiful freshness. The finish is salivating with notes of garrigue and olive.
- Pairing recommendation Perfect with skirt steak with shallat confit or braised duck. It is also a perfect match for regional french dishes such as cassoulet or provencal stew. Will also go nicely with mediterranean dishes with spices such as tagines or moussaka.

- Winemaking process Traditional winemaking on a selection of ripe and mature grapes. The extraction method is slow and smooth, and the maceration lasts from 20 to 30 days.

Rosé
- Appellation Pays d'Oc
- Grape varietal Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault
- Tasting notes Peaching pink hue, subtle aromas of raspberries and ripe currants. A supple fleshy palate, with notes of slightly acidic yellow fruits.
- Pairing recommendation Perfect as an accompaniment to a swordfish tartare, vegetable crumble or a red fruit panacotta.
- Service temperature 10°C
- Winemaking process Specific plot selection: 7 to 15 year-old vines with a yield management of 60 to 70hl/ha – Light skin-contact maceration, direct pressing, regular stirring to keep the lees in suspension. 10 to 15% of the blend is oaked macerated in order to bring balance and freshness

White
- Appellation Pays d'Oc
- Grape varietal Grenache, Marsanne, Viognier, Bourboulenc
- Tasting notes Clear and brilliant colour, the nose evokes notes of fresh fruit, peach, fresh apricots and a hint of citrus fruit. The palate is fresh and tasty. Notes of fresh apples and necatarine. Nicely balanced on the finish.
- Pairing recommendation Perfect with raw or cooked fish or mediterranean poultry dishes.
- Service temperature 9-10°C
- Winemaking process Plot selection, harvest at dawn to preserve the freshness of the grapes. Light skin-contact maceration. Pressing. Temperature controlled fermentation. Regular stirring to keep the lees in suspension. A part of the Cuvée will be aged in wood for 3 months to develop balance and body
